My journey began a decade ago, chasing what I thought was the pinnacle of health — six-pack abs. I studied quantified nutrition, learned the discipline of consistency, and understood how macros could shape a body. I achieved that goal with pride, but the journey led me to a deeper realization: true health isn’t just about the body’s shape — it’s about its energy, vitality, and inner balance.

That shift happened when I discovered the concept of prana — life force — through my deepening roots in Sanatan Dharma, meditation, and the teachings of Sri Paramhansa Yogananda. I began to see food differently. Not all calories were equal. Two foods with the same numbers on a label could have vastly different impacts on the mind, energy, and spirit.

When I became a parent, everything crystallized. I wanted to set a pure, sattvik foundation for my child’s growth — not just strong bones and a sharp mind, but emotional balance, cultural grounding, and spiritual vitality. And I knew other parents were looking for the same… but struggling to find it in a world of industrial shortcuts and fad diets.

That’s where Sattvik Select was born — my humble attempt to redefine healthy eating.

I went deep into the villages of the Himalayas, partnering with my own NGO to connect directly with farmers who still hand-churn ghee from the milk of free-grazing Badri cows. We control the journey end to end — from the himalayan village to your table — with no middlemen, no compromises, and no broken promises.

For me, Happy Moo A2K2 Ghee isn’t just a product. It’s a bridge — between forgotten villages and future generations. Between ancient Indian wisdom and modern parenting. Between the food our ancestors trusted and the nourishment our children deserve today.
